Position:                      Network Engineer

Location:                     Phrakhanong, Wattana, Bangkok

Salary range:              20,000 – 35,000 THB

Responsibilities:

• Configure and Troubleshoot Windows server
• Configure and Troubleshoot Cisco Networking Devices including LAN and WAN
• Support customers request as discussed in Service Level Agreement
• Responsible for follow up a work process until a job is done
• Promote and participate in knowledge management process
• Prepare the report for customers and project manager per request
• Responsible for monitoring Networking devices and WAN network

Qualifications:

• Thai Nationality, Age not above 25 years old.
• Female or Male
• Bachelor Degree or higher in Information Technology, Telecommunication or related field
• 1 - 2 years’ experience in Information Technology
• Have experiences in Computer Network, TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, Security Protocol
• Have experiences in using Web, Mail, Proxy, Radius, DNS both on Windows and Linux
• Have experiences in IT support; troubleshoot and maintain Computer Network and Networking

Skills and competency:

• Work well as a team
• Honest, discreet with high level of Integrity
• Good communicative skill
• Problem solving

5.5 working days per week
