Position:                      Senior Specialist, AR Planning and Reporting

Salary range:               70,000 THB

Responsibilities:

• Assist GM to set up appropriate KPI and Target, monitor and evaluate individual and team performance periodically
• Analyze AR performance and perform root cause analysis
• Independently perform and consolidate AR data from system or related function
• Develop and generate comprehensive report by several AR perspective
• Assist GM to review and develop AR SOP(Standard Operation Procedure)
• Assist GM to assess individual competency and define development plan and execution
• Prepare and support to conduct the training for existing and new AR employee to effectively perform daily operation
• Assist GM to expedite action or countermeasure through to meet target and timeline

Qualifications:

• Thai nationality only
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 5 years professional working experience in Account Receivable(AR)
• Advanced computer literacy in Oracle/MS Excel
• Proficiency in English
