Position:                     WAREHOUSE MANAGER

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Ensures Customer and Market Growth

• Building strong relationship with internal customer ( brand and corporate staff) and external customer (retailer).
• Building strong culture of customer-centric team, with focus on customer service delivery and satisfaction.

2. Manages Operational Effectiveness

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse and delivery commitments.
• Ensure that all inventory-related works is carried out efficiently and effectively, including proper storage and handling in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
• Audit and be accountable for all inventory stocks and accuracy.
• Prepare the work roster and delivery schedules for the warehouse staff and ensure that inventory is delivered on time through cost and time efficient routing strategies.
• Ensures that warehouse operating in a safe and clean environment in light with guidelines and standard. Ensure full compliance with all fire and safety regulations.
• Ensures that all of warehouse equipment, lighting & air-conditioned system and security system are maintained well in a working condition and having periodically inspection in place.
• Ensure that all of inventory on hand are not excess, overage inventory should be destroyed in the way of environmental manner in light with guidelines.
• Ensures all of merchandises are legally treated under FDA codes.
• Keep abreast of development in new technology, for introduction into warehouse to improve work process.
• Manage all warehouse staff, responsible for their training and development, and ensure that they are trained to carry out their job function efficiently and effectively.

QUALIFICATION

• Education: Bachelor or above, in related field.
• Experience: 7-10 years in manufacturing industry.
• Excellent skill about Supervision, Developing Budgets, Safety Management, Developing Standards, Managing Processes, Surveillance Skills, Inventory Control, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information , Equipment Maintenance, Judgment.
• Language: English is preferred
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Team player and very well organized
