Our client is a joint venture between Chinese’s company and CP (Charoen Pokkaphun Group). They have set up a new joint venture in Thailand to the companies imported automotive parts. Offices located in the same area Hemaraj factory. The use of the concept of SAIC subsidiary imported parts from China. And claim a piece of the region. It is a company located in Thailand. To schedule the parts within the region of 40% to get the benefits of car production in the country. Currently our client looking for young new generation to join with the team to helping company growth together, we are looking for:

Position:                      ACCOUNTING MANAGER 

Jobs Type:                   Permanent

Salary range:               50K – 70K

Location:                     Pluakdeang, Rayong

Benefit:                       Medical Insurance, Uniform, Accidental Insurance,

                                   2 months fix bonus, House allowance and etc.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assigns duties and monitors quality of work; assures staff conforms to organizational policies and procedure and government regulations.
• Analyzes, reviews, and audits overall general ledger and expense payable systems.
• Satisfactory audits for areas of responsibilities.
• Install, modifies, documents, and coordinate simple mentation of accounting systems and accounting control procedures.
• Hires, trains, supervises, motivate, and develops accounting staff; manages workflow.
• Responsibilities for Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller.
• Handle AP and PR customer inquiries, special billing requirements and discrepancies.
• Prepare and review journal entries and account analysis.
• Monthly Reporting of Financial Statements for all divisions.
• Assist with cash receipts processing.
• Assist with weekly, standard and monthly billing.
• Manages monthly accounting close cycle.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor or above, in Accounting.
• Minimum 7 years managerial experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Organizing ability, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Thai Accounting Laws, Internal and compliance control, Tax Laws, Corporate and Commercial Laws, BOI, VAT, and GAAP is a merit.
• Strong skills in PC and software/application, especially in MS Excel.
• Knowledge on automotive accounting and finance experience is an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
