Our client is Asia’s fastest-growing distribution, retail design and production service provider specializing in food, healthcare, beauty and cosmetic products, fashion apparel, accessories and home goods. Client Company has an extensive distribution and production network in Greater China and Asean countries employing over 6,000 employees. As company expands, we are looking for high caliber individual to fill the following positions: -
Position: DIRECTOR OF SALES
Location: Chidlom area, Bangkok
Industry type: Distribution
Job Type: Permanent
Salary Range: 150K (Up to experience)
Benefit: Fix Bonus, Holiday, Group Insurance, Provident Fund and etc.
Qualifications
- Thai Nationality, Female or Male age above 37 years old
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related field
- Experiences 10 years up in sale focusing on Consumer Products
- Knowledge in Consumer Product industry of overall market.
- Strong analyst and sale skill
- Experiences working in multinational culture
- Good communication both Thai and English
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Lead modern trade & general trade sales team to achieve sales target within agreed spending budget of each brand
- Supervise merchandiser team to perform in-store merchandising excellence
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and analyze sales statistic to determine business growth
- Monitor and analyze competitors activities and execute seamlessly
- Coordinates sales operations with other divisions and departments within the company
- Manage distribution to increase products availability and strengthen channel efficiency
- Manage channel inventory and ensure timely delivery to trade customers/ distributors
- Conduct monthly operational and quarterly meetings with distributors to review and identify new miles stone and action plans
- Monitor & follow up with GT sales team to ensure timely payment from business partners
- Improve and maintain strong business relationships with all customers of the company
- Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the company
- Work with product, retail team to create more opportunity for sales
