Our Client is leading global designer and manufacturer of quality power transmission and motion control products utilized on a wide variety of industrial drivetrain applications. Company sold in over 70 countries and utilized in a variety of major industrial markets, including food processing, material handling, packaging machinery, mining, energy, automotive, primary metals, turf and garden and many others.
Position: SALES MANAGER (Mostly home based)

Salary Range: 70K-100K THB/ month
Reporting to the Director of Sales SEA , this is a key position who will be responsible to plan, direct and manage the activities of the company sales operation to promote and sell company products into the our strategy markets to achieve established sales & profitability targets and growth in Thailand and neighboring regions such Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar & Vietnam. Working cross functionally within different disciplines, the role will also be required to build effective rapport with internal team and different business platforms within the Organization.
Responsibilities:
- To manage & direct staff to ensure smooth & efficient function of the Thailand office to meet the Company’s Goal & Objectives.
- To develop business plan and sales & marketing strategies to ensure the achievement of company sales targets and profitability for Thailand & neighboring regions.
- To perform related sales activities through promoting company’s products into targeted market segments (i.e. Oil & Gas, Steel, Mining, F&B, Material Handling, Paper/Plastic/Packaging, etc.)
- To identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new customers; OEMs, Business Partners & Major User Accounts
- To build and maintain good working relationship with customers and business partners through providing suitable technical solutions and relevant technical support through appropriate recommendations.
- To plan and implement appropriate sales strategies and action plans for current and potential customers
- To be updated on market conditions and to be aware of competitors development and activities
- To be involved in the proposal and management of contract agreements with customers and statutory boards
- To maintain up-to-date records of all product pricing and sales activities reports regularly.
Skill and Experiences:
- Recognized Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
- Minimum 5 years Sales Management experience with MNC in the Industrial Power Transmission products
- Regional working experience in Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos & Vietnam
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work as a team with outstanding interpersonal and networking skills.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English (written & verbal) Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
- Local Thai Citizen preferably.
