Position:           GM – Automotive Business Management

                          (Take care Malaysia area)

Location:           Pathumwan, Bangkok

Industry type:  Motor Vehicle

Job Type:          Permanent

Salary Range:  160K (Up to experience)

• Mobile phone Allowance
• Up country allowance
• Meal allowance 900 baht/month
• Fixed bonus 2 months
• Variable bonus around 4-6 month

Carrere plan

GM in charge of business management of Malaysia market for a few years (short term). GM in charge of business management of other ASEAN markets for a few years (mid-term). VP in charge of business management of ASEAN markets (future opportunity)

Role and responsibility: Country head of Malaysia market

Job scope:

1. New product introduction/ Life cycle management to enhance product competitiveness
2. Yearly budget setting and monthly monitoring to maximize revenue and profitability
3. Production order taking of Complete vehicle (CBU) and Component parts (CKD)
4. Export operation of Vehicle and Parts including price setting, Car-flow management from production, inventory and sales
5. Team management of Malaysia team

Requirement

• Experience in Automotive industry, preferably in regional head-office to control overseas operations
• Competency: Car product knowledge, Trading knowledge, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Legal, Negotiation skill, People management, Business sense, English
• Requirement: Leadership and Followership with Speed, Accuracy, Team work, Sense of balance
