ABOUT THE JOB
In partnership with the Com-In-manager, you will work with your team to make store attractive, inspiring and relevant for the many people.
- The way people live at at home, market demographics, living conditions and people’s needs and wants are the base for the range presentation in the store.
- Working commercially with the store layout, using different range presentation techniques and efficient graphic communication, will help the customer in his buying behavior.
- It will help us to drive our commercial goals.
- In the commercial area: Create a good overview and a strong visual impact to enable visitors to experience the total store offer.
- You are responsible for all graphic communications and its copy identity.
- You assist in the staff recruitment which combines store values and specialist competencies.
- You lead, coach and inspire your team to constantly increase their knowledge of people’s life at home, home furnishing competence and range presentation skills.
- You follow up the performance and goals.
- You will assist and report directly to the Com-In manager.
Qualification:
- Required minimum 5-8 years HR Management experience, Retail or Service Industry preferred, familiar working with fast-paced organization/ Retail Store environment.
- Experience to set and implement action plans, set budgets and follow up goals are essential.
- Knowledge of interior design, graphic design, visual merchandising and store planning and the proven ability to visually express brand identity.
- Creative problem solving and strategic thinking skills with strong business acumen.
- Computer literate (MS-Office programs) and fluent in English communication and presentation both written & spoken.
- Must be able to travel up to 30%(+) and work weekends as necessary to attend and participate in meetings and events.
- Able to work on January 2015
