Position: Recovery Manager / Business Navigation

Responsibilities:
- Contribute actively to the creation of the store business plan and converting the business plan goals into clear annual action plan within the recovery areas.
- Work with the Communication & Interior Design department to maximise commerciality in order to increase profitability
- Analyse the results of the Customer Satisfaction Survey, Brand Capital, Voice and Commercial Reviews to develop business.
- Minimise the financial loss of damaged in the store and try to maximise the financial recovery by repacking and moving goods back to stock or assemble, price and sell goods in the As-Is shop.
- Work with other functions in handling damages in the store and identify the root cause of recurring damages and propose solution
- Control the risk of fraud in Exchange & Returns function
- Lead a team of co-workers to assemble damaged furniture to be sold in As-Is shop.
- Ensure that all product quality issues in the store, or potential incidents, are reported
- Manage staff roster in the department to optimize productivity
Requirement;
- A bachelor degree holder in any discipline.
- Sufficient experience and knowledge of operation in the retail store and how they contribute to the Recovery process.
- Relevant experience in furniture industry, home furnishing product will be highly regarded.
- Have good insights into business operation with a deep understanding for how Recovery in the best way contributes to the bottom line. Proven record of consistently meeting agreed budgets and goals.

Experience in staff planning to run the operation.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
Good English skill.
Flexible to work on Saturday or Sunday or public holidays (5 working days, 2 day-off).
