Our Client is Thai-Japanese corporation since June 21, 1978. Their product are about photocopier and printer. They will strive to take ownership to offer customers with eco-friendly products, services, and related information. They will continuous improvement our process to reduce a use of energy, natural resources and eliminate a risk and unsafe in our workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy and implement transportation strategy. 
• Manage 3PL to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the operations. 
• Manage the transportation operating cost.
• Manage customer' complaint related to delivery.
• Review and evaluate performance of 3PL.
• Work with other functions in handling damages in the store and identify the root cause of recurring damages and propose solution
• Control the risk of fraud in Exchange & Returns function
• Ensure that all product quality issues in the store, or potential incidents, are reported

Requirement;

• Bachelor degree or higher in Mass Communication or Business Administration with at least 5 years in managerial role.
• Self-motivated with a positive "can-do" attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
• Good personality.
