Our Client is the one of France's flagship companies, is the greatest luxury-goods company in the world. This company has been a maker of luxury skincare, cosmetics and fragrances. They are one of the oldest French perfume houses in the world. It has a large customer following, and has traditionally been held in high esteem in the perfume industry. We are looking for both high caliber new talents and seasoned professionals to join our well established and talented work force in the following position:

Position:                 SALES MANAGER - Cosmetic

Salary Range:         Up to experience

Job Description:

• Maximize retail sales in assigned doors to grow market share, Ranking and productivity of each counter in the area
• Supervise, coach and motivate Counter Manager & BCs
• Responsible for recruiting ,team development, image and execution quality
• Responsible for in-store promotions and events execution
• In charge of Retail Project (AtR, AtBC) implementation and follow-up
• Develop sales and manage sales performance by store to reach the target
• Co-ordinate with Sell-in team, compile monthly sales reports and competition’s marketing activity to management.
• Enhance Brand Image through visual, Merchandising, BC grooming and POS activities
• Enforce strict and regular control of POS Merchandising decoration and operating conditions up to POS standards and following central guidelines
• Ensure recruiting the best-qualified counter manager and BCs
• Propose development plan to increase knowledge and skills
• Manage BCs allocation to stores

Qualifications:

• Female, Thai nationality
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in cosmetic or related field
• Experiences 5 years up in sale artistry business 
• Knowledge in Artistry Product of overall market.
• Strong analyst and sale skill
• Experiences working in multinational culture
• Good communication both Thai and English
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
