Our Client is international sport brand from Germany. Have many designs and manufactures sports shoes, clothing and accessories. They have also produces other products such as bags, shirts, watches, eyewear and other sports and clothing-related goods. They are the largest sportswear manufacturer in Europe and the second biggest in the world.

Responsibilities:

• Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirement;

• Male/Female with at least High School or Advance Diploma Degree.
• Experienced in retailed industry with strong managerial skills.
• Good English skills (speaking, reading and writing) with computer literacy.
• Sell-oriented, dynamics with excellent interpersonal skill.
