Senior Retail Sales Manager

Our client has operated for Manufacturing, Retail and Wholesale Businesses. They are also the distributor of famous International and Local Brand Name Products. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experience professional to join our company in the following position:

Position:                     SENIOR RETAIL SALES MANAGER
Job Type:                    Permanent
Location:                     Pathumwan, Bangkok
Salary Range:             Maximum 120,000 THB

Responsibilities

• Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales.
• Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning.
• Using information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
• Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development.
• Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
• Monitor and forecast Sales target.

Qualification

• Thai nationality, male or female
• Bachelor or higher in Marketing or any relate fields
• Direct experience in fashion or retail or fashion industry is a MUST with over 5 years in managerial level.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinking and creative
• Be able to work well under pressure.
• Strong computer literacy in Microsoft office
• Very excellent command of written and spoken English
