Our client is the No.1 coal trader in Thailand serving both the International and Thailand markets. Company has been taking huge steps to meet the energy demands of giant importers such as China and India. And with the strong performance and rapid growth, AGE has an ambitious goal providing China, India, Vietnam, Korea and Japan. Due to the rapid business expansion of our client, we are currently looking for the talented candidates to join our organization for the following position:

Position:                     CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER - CFO

Job Type:                    Permanent

Package:                     Max 250K (Up to experience)

Location:                     Rama 2, Bangkok

Salary range:              Up to experience

Report to:                   Managing Director

Responsibilities:

• Generally overseeing all decision-making related to the accounting and financial functions for the company on a day-to-day basis.
• Overseeing preparation of all subsidiaries and associated company consolidated financial accounts and effectively establishing and implementing an integrated accounting and reporting system for the company.
• Supervising investment and raising of funds for business.
• Overseeing annual and special project budgeting process.
• Managing the capital request and budgeting processes.
• Ensuring compliance with local Thai statutory requirements.
• Other related issues as assigned by direct supervisors. Develop and utilize forward-looking, predictive models and activity-based financial analyses to provide insight into the organization’s operations and business plans
• Coordinate the development and monitoring of budgets with developing financial business plans and forecasts
• Engage the finance committee of the board of directors to develop short-, medium-, and long-term financial plans and projections

Qualification:

• Thai National only.
• Age 38-48 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting. Master Degree or CPA will be advantage.
• At least 15 years work experience in accounting and finance functions, minimum 2 years in CFO position with listed company.
• Good presentation, negotiation, analytical, leadership and managerial skills.
• Computer literacy with good command of English.
• Strong  analytical  skills  and  experience  interpreting  a  strategic  vision  into  an operational model
• An effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong oral and written skills and a willingness to share information
• A collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentality
• Creativity, with experience funding  activities in ways that both cover costs and generate operating margins
• Goal  achievement,  Responsibility,  Adaptability  to  change,  Teamwork  and Well- organized
• Experience in well-known financial institute or large corporation would be advantage
