Our Client is a leading Thai power development company, engaging in the electricity generating business. Our client company is strongly committed towards social responsibility and environmental protection issues. Client Company has invested in many power projects in Thailand and they currently expanded their business to food industry (Restaurant). Due to their rapid development they are looking for both high caliber new talents and seasoned professionals to join their well established and talented work force in the following position:
Position: Manager - Recruitment
Job Type: Permanent
Location: All season place, Wireless Road
Salary Range: 65K-75K THB/ month

Key responsibilities include
- Managing and coaching of recruiting professionals responsible hiring resources into Thailand location
- Collaborating with recruiting team to bring in initiatives or other best practices to implement in Thailand
- Fostering and maintaining relationships with key Thailand HR
- Delivering appropriate interview training to executives and recruiters
- Understanding the local laws and legislations to ensure country practices are aligned
- Monitoring and participating in strategic Power plant projects and initiatives
- Managing the research of external marketplace/industry trends and providing external marketplace analysis to the recruiting leadership, recruiting team and group
- Ensure Company recruiting brand presence remain strong
- Defining and customizing selling messages delivered to applicants
- Monitoring external competitor analyses and adjusting strategies/processes as needed
- Reporting on status and effectiveness of recruitment progress/recruiting metrics, team member productivity/activity, and issues, recommending actions
- Conducting interviews, pre-screen candidate
Qualification
- Thai Nationality only
- Bachelor degree in related field, Master degree is a plus
- At least 6 years of experience in Recruitment in Power Plant or Energy industry fields would be advantage
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Strong supervisory, coaching and project management skills
- Must display professionalism and confidence
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven global expertise and perspective; executive level presence and influence
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills
- Excellent business acumen and industry acumen
