Our Client was established in Thailand in 1983 to operate coal mines. They have diversified into power project development in Thailand, coal mining in Indonesia, as well as port operations and industrial mineral mining. We are seeking dedicated professionals to be a part of our expanding business.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure the company has standard and up to date Human Resources Management Systems such as performance management, recruitment organization structure design and HRIS system, Expatriate management which create and sustain company’s recognition and competitiveness.
• To develop and implement systems and programs for identifying and forecasting manpower available to a large organization.
• To provides a variety of services necessary for the recruitment, selection, assignment, motivation.

Requirement

• Male or Female, aged above 38 years old
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, MBA or related fields
• Minimum 10 year experience in Human Resources in the area of Performance Management and Compensation & Benefit of general employee and expatriate
• Familiarize with Hay methodology including Job Analysis and Job Evaluation
• Good command of spoken & written English (Minimum TOEIC Score 700)
