Our client is international company for travel insurance. Most our clients is a tour company. We are currently seeking to employ an experienced sales professional as Sales & Marketing for Travel Insurance Products to join our team. You will be able to demonstrate experience in sales and marketing, leadership abilities, with enthusiastic and high energy including an excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Position: SENIOR SALES & MARKETING (Non-Life Insurance)
Location: Huaykwang, Bangkok
Industry type: Travel insurance
Job Type: Permanent
Salary Range: 40,000-50,000 THB
Benefit: Gasoline & toll fee (used actual)
After passed probation: car maintenance 5,000 Baht/months)

Responsibilities;
- Ability to execute or lead the end to end process to support the following functions: Expand selling distribution channels.
- Execute marketing campaigns.
- Develop new products.
- Manage and solve outstanding issues and impacts to the customer experience and overall sales target.
- Liaise closely with travel agencies and booking engine vendor.
- Work closely with digital agencies to ensure optimization and usage of media outlets to convert potential customers.
Requirement;
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field.
- Female age 30-35 years.
- Outgoing pleasant personality and presentation skill.
- At least 2 years’ experience in Sales and/or Marketing in travel and insurance business.
- Experience of working within the Travel industry or having a connection with travel agencies is an added advantage.
- Sales and/or Marketing experience with a passion to exceed sales targets.
- Ability to perform multi-task and deal in project management.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong business sense, analytical and problems-solving skills.
- Result – oriented with excellent planning and execution skills.
- Customer – customer service mind with focus on time and self.
- Self – motivated, enthusiastic and willing to learn new things, flexible and reliable with Positive attitudes.
- Good communication, interpersonal skill and negotiation skills to different level.
- Able to travel up-country with flexible hours.
- Possess own car with driving license.
- Proficient with MS Office Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
