Our Client is medical assistance in part of international company for travel insurance. Most our clients is a tour company. We are currently seeking to employ an experienced nurse for healthcare and medical support. You will be able to demonstrate experience in nurse, assistant doctor and service. Their business are expanding and looking for qualified, high energy and highly committed person to join and grow together with their company’s expansion.
Position: OPERATION DIRECTOR
Location: Bangkok

Salary Range: 80,000 – 100,000 THB
Benefit: Group Health Insurance, Provident Fund, Bonus and etc.
Responsibilities:
- Managing operation team of 15- 20 staff to ensure that the operation will run seamlessly during the pre-launch, during launch, and post launch of campaigns.
- Reviewing and analyzing key metric of products on a daily basis and communicating with the regional head.
- Reporting business progress to CEO.
- Making decisions when situation calls to solve the problem.
- Ensuring financial targets and other agreed targets are met in all departments.
- Reviewing working practices to ascertain if it is successful and if not, devise an alternative.
- Making sure safety regulations are followed .
- Keeping employees motivated and organizing appropriate training.
- Ensuring the business operates within the company's mission statement.
- Investigating customer satisfaction and reporting any issues.
- Working with department heads and senior management to get the best performance from staff.
- Reviewing and approving equipment needs.
Requirement:
- Age between not over 40 years old ( Female is preferable )
- Bachelor’s Degree of Master’s Degree in Management or other related industry.
- At least 8 years of experiences in Management level.
- Strong communication skills with excellent command of Thai and English.
- Leadership, resulted-oriented, proactive, with interpersonal skill.
- Logical thinking skill and problem solving skill.
