Market Research Manager

Our Client is an import luxury healthcare and beauty company. They have many product about cosmetic especially skincare such as perfume. We are currently seeking to employ an experienced in marketing and strategies for support their brand. You will be able to demonstrate experience in consumer, healthcare and beauty. Their business is looking for qualified and high energy person to join and grow together with their company.

Salary Range:              60,000 – 80,000 THB

Responsibilities:

• Generate accurate base forecasts.
• Coordinate the collection and validation of forecasts from marketing teams.
• Lead S&OP meetings with particular focus on Launch & Promotions.
• Validate sales forecasts with valuation and comparison to financial budget and historical data.
• Present forecast to sales & marketing and finance on monthly basis consider and incorporate feedback.
• Maintain high level of communication with sales, marketing and finance teams to ensure accurate planning and forecasting.
• Communicate replenishment schedule to local sales & marketing teams.
• Manage all product discontinuations with marketing teams. Use phase in/out policy when applicable, to avoid obsolete stocks.
• Manage all expiring stocks with sales & marketing to drive down stock write off and provision.
• Measure forecast accuracy as per agreed targets and look at ways to improve the .accuracy level.
• Meet stock coverage and service level targets.
• Provide feedback on performance to key stakeholders.
• To review and improve the forecasting process on a regular basis.

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Supply Chain or any related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Demand or Supply Planning, Inventory management.
• Able to engage and influence key stakeholders
• Proficiency in English language both in spoken and written.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Power Point Presentation and Excel: Formulas are essential.
• Good personality, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Initiative and ability to work independently with tight deadline and high pressure.
