Position:                      AVP/VP – Internal Audit

Job Type:                    Permanent

Location:                     Nonthaburi

Salary range:              100K-200K

 Main Duties:

            Internal Auditing team is supported to direct Chairman of the Board of Directors, a comprehensive program of internal auditing within the company. Also supports audit team to examine and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the systems of management control provided by the company to direct its activities toward the accomplishment of its objectives economically in accordance with company policies and plans

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting overall strategic internal audit process and framework.
• Developing, coordinating, assisting and most importantly driving and promoting internal control concept and process for the company’s management and all employees.
• Performing the analysis of risks associated with the business and identifying and recommending necessary controls or systems to mitigate those risks.
• Assisting the management to ensure the adequacy efficiency and effectiveness of internal control systems within the organization.
• Planning and performing a periodical review and audit to ensure adequacy of internal control systems and the operating environment complies with all corporate policies.
• Providing recommendations for the control of weaknesses and improvement opportunities identified during the audit.
• Providing professional consulting to Directors and managerial staff.
• Working together with high-level Management to conduct process and control reviews to identify and assess business and control risks, and provide advice on ways to improve controls and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting or Auditing or other related field
• 8–10 years’ experience in Multinational company and SET
• Required Certificate: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Proficiency in English skill in both writing and speaking
