HRIS Analyst

Our Client is Thai-Japanese Corporation since June 21, 1978. Their product is about photocopier and printer. They will strive to take ownership to offer customers with eco-friendly products, services, and related information. They will continuous improvement our process to reduce a use of energy, natural resources and eliminate a risk and unsafe in our workplace.

Position:                     HRIS Analyst

Salary Range:             30,000 – 50,000 THB

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with regional, all related internal resources and vendor in implementation new HRIS
• Report to Human Resources Management Manager.
• Support project and task activities, track and monitor project progress.
• Execute project activities e.g. User Acceptance Testing, Prototyping, Data Cleaning, etc.
• Support assigned or found during implementation.
• Support in escalate any risks/issues/change require that Project Steering Committee to review and make decision.
• Participate in weekly meeting and provide status / feedback for the country.
• Support in leading Change Management and Communication related activities with the country.
• Provide support to the Business Users within the country for any Change Impact Assessment activity and actively identify any potential change impact due to new system implementation.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree  or higher in any related field
• At least 3 years in HRIS Implementation; Oracle Fusion (HCM) would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in English both spoke and written.
