They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experience professional to join our company in the following position:
Position: SENIOR HR MANAGER
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Bang pa-in, Ayutthaya
Salary Range: Maximum 200,000 THB (Up to experience)
Responsibilities
- Plans and executes recruitment & selection activities and all hiring related process to ensure that company will have right talent at the right time
- Establishes and leads staffing practices and procedures necessary to recruit and retain an effective workforce.
- Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the company that will establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation, and that comply with policies, procedures, programs and laws
- Develops strong working relationships with other Executives, management and staff, providing advice, guidance, and coaching as needed.
- Ensures Employee Relations program and activities are in place and implemented in all related operational sites.
- Develops and implements training and development initiatives to address current capabilities and future training needs, including on-the-job operational training, department special training, management development, new hire orientation and on boarding.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HRM/HRD or related fields
- At least 10 years of experience in general HR Management function, of which 3 – 4 years’ experience in a managerial position
- Working experience in Logistics business (3PL) is preferred but not a must
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Excellence skills in MS Excel, MS Power Point
- Mature, independent, service minded and possesses analytical and decision making skills
- Good planning, organizing and implementation, analytical, problem solving skills
