Position: Business Development Manager
(Tab Water & Water Treatment)
Job Type: Permanent
Package: Maximum 150K (up to experience)
Location: Chidlom, Bangkok
Salary range: Up to experience
Main Accountabilities:
- Is acquainted with all the aspects of the market (clients, competitors, financing, potential partners/ subcontractors, market regulations and specificities, market accessibility) and is responsible to collect and update all information
- Has a fine knowledge and working experience of both public and private/industrial sectors
- Has an understanding and possibly experience of project financing and PPP/BOT etc.
- Has a technical background to understand technical solution to be promoted to clients/partners
- Has a capacity to identify and promote either ‘greenfield projects’ or ‘rehabilitation’ projects as well as O&M projects.
- Identifies and maps role of all stakeholders within the decision process, understanding their buying motivation and personal stakes
- Participate to building, with the support of the proposal manager and of Joint Venture colleagues including on time deputed specialists, a winning proposal strategy.
- Participators to identify partners/subcontractors in order to assist the Joint Venture to obtain the best terms and conditions
- Maintain a strong relationship with the client after the sales of the contract.
- Prepare with Joint Venture colleagues ‘the go/ no go file’ to be submitted to Joint Venture management for project approval.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 year ’s experience in Water Markets, Solid waste, Tab Water and Waste water treatment
- Used to handle Government project would be advantage
- Age between 35 – 45 years old
- Graduated in Environment field
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
- Has good communication skills
