Our Client is engaged in the power and water industries. As a major contributor to worldwide public infrastructure projects, Company has developed projects in related areas such as investments in the power and water industries, EPC, plant maintenance, and power trading business. Key responsibilities include

• Conducts field safety monitoring, inspection of workplace and workers activities to identify and manage potential hazards, and to establish applicable risk reduction/elimination measures or corrective actions to be taken.
• Implements and monitors subcontractors compliance to Consortium EHS Plan, Client safety requirement and Thai Law provisions.
• Ensures that all workers comply with all applicable safety rules and regulations, safe work practices, safety standards and requirements.
• Attends & reviews Subcontractor EHS Pre-Shift briefings, Toolbox talks and Committee Meeting minutes ensuring nominated actions are performed.
• Prepares, reviews, analyzes Risk Assessment and Risk Mitigation Plan.
• Advises and defines how the HSE management system is implemented at location level and monitoring compliance to policies standard and procedures.
• Directs and provides the required leadership and support for all EHS Planning, Technical Safety, Risk Management, Emergency Response, Field Execution and EHS Performance & Compliance activities in all phases of the Project.
• Monitors and computes the company accident statistics and makes recommendations for correction of problem areas.
• Conducts regular inspection on fire and safety equipment, machinery and facilities to identify and correct potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Investigates safety related accidents in project sites.
• Supports the implementation and evaluation of safety programs, procedures and guidelines to effectively prevent, control, eliminate/minimize unsafe working conditions, accidents and dangerous health exposure.
• Supports, develops and motivates teams to do better and drive continuous improvements across a range of work activities.
• Assists line management in implementing construction and commissioning EHS management system, monitoring EHS objectives & targets, and PTW coordination and issuance.
• Conducts, implements, monitors EHS audit reports and discuss with the respective subcontractors for action.
• Develops and maintains a high level of awareness among all subcontractor personnel through communication, training and promoting active involvement of employees in EHS matter.
• Implements and monitors disciplinary action against safety violators.
• Attends csafety meetings as directed by superior.
• Performs other management mandated functions.

Qualification

• Nationality: Thai
• Male with age 30-50 years old
• Bachelor degree in related field
• Able to communicate in English.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Have extensive experiences at least 8 years in on-site civil construction supervision work for power plant projects or similar heavy industrial plants
