Salary Range:             40,000 – 50,000 THB

Responsibilities:

Support and Execute ESP’s Sales & Marketing Strategies in Thailand

• Expand Sales in Thailand

          -  Sourcing for business partners

          -  Promote Epson robot products to customers

          -  Following-up on forecast and orders received

          -  Communicate prices and terms of delivery indicated by ESP to customers

          -  Collecting market information

• Following-up on delivery issues
• Following-up on quality issues

Provide Basic Presales Support to Customers in Thailand

• Supporting customers on presales technical matters
• Providing training for basic operation of products to customers

Provide Basic After Service Support to Customers in Thailand

• Supporting customers on service matters as indicated by ESP’s service team
• Following-up on delivery issues of spare-parts
• Following-up on quality issues of spare-parts

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechatronics or Mechanical or Electronics
• 5-8 years of sales and technical support experience working with an Industrial Robot manufacturer’s subsidiary, or with an industrial robot manufacturer’s partners
• Good English listening, writing and speaking skills
• Understand simple BASIC programming language
• Understand basic technical drawings
• Able to program 3D graphic simulation software (e.g. AutoCAD, Solid Works etc.) will be advantage
