Senior Sales Manager - Polyurethane Foam

Our client is the largest independent European manufacturer of sealants, adhesives and polyurethane foam for professional and private users. With a turnover in 2014 of EUR 570 million, over 2.100 employees in 16 production sites on four continents, this 100% Belgian family business, with its founder Vic Swerts still at the helm, has developed into an international player and expert in chemical construction specialties. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experience professional to join our company in the following position:

Position:                    SENIOR SALES MANAGER - Polyurethane Foam
Job Type:                   Permanent
Location:                    Patpong Road, Bangkok 
Salary Range:            Maximum 90,000 THB (Up to experience)

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect for potential customers, dealers and distributors in construction related fields.
• Analyze & collect data on market trends, competitors, market share, customer’s trends and develop a business plan accordingly.
• Give technical presentations on products/services to engineers, architects, contractors, distributors, etc. as needed.
• Arrange product testing and trial runs.
• Establish realistic sales budgets.

Qualification

• Minimum 10 years ‘experience in sales of construction related products.
• Excellent sales, communication & negotiation skills.
• Degree in commerce or engineering or technical field.
• Technical & professional knowledge: good understanding on building & construction market.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Computer literate; MS Office, internet and e-mail.
• Optimistic, dynamic, positive thinking, service-mindedness, proactive, ambitious and willingness to learn new things.
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadline and cope with change.
