Our Client is Asia’s leading of luxury fashion. More than 20 brands are managed across 50 stores in leading luxury shopping. Our 3,800 employees across four continents are experienced in wholesale distribution, sourcing, brand guardianship and vertical retail. We have successfully achieved rapid growth and looking for who has passion in fashion to join the success team for the following positions.

Position:                     Shop Manager

Salary Range:             35,000 – 40,000 THB                 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage daily boutique operations sales and monitor sales staff to ensure all operation work smoothly.
• Implement business plan to store in order to achieve or exceed assigned sales target.
• Build trust relationship with customer.
• Ensure positive customer experience at all time
• Ensure that security and administration procedures are followed.
• Manage and executes training, developing and succession planning for store management team.

Requirement:

• A bachelor’s degree in related fields
• At least 3 years’ experience in boutique operations for high-end clothing products, and some supervisory skill in retail operation shop
• Self- motivator, strong leadership and organizing skill
• Passionate in fashion
• Good command of spoken and written English
