Our Client is a leading Thai power development company, engaging in the electricity generating business. Our client company is strongly committed towards social responsibility and environmental protection issues. Client Company has invested in many power projects in Thailand and they currently expanded their business to food industry (Restaurant). Due to their rapid development they are looking for both high caliber new talents and seasoned professionals to join their well established and talented work force in the following position:

Location: All season place, Wireless Road

Key responsibilities include
- Reporting directly to the AVP - HRM (Thai national).
- Being responsible for strategic and operational recruitment and selection processes; i.e. sourcing both internal and external candidates from every possible channel, screening applications, conducting interviews in both English and Thai languages, assessing and selecting candidates, etc., to fill in averaging 150 vacancies per year.
- Developing new recruitment-related activities and new search channels.
- Providing advice to line managers to select the most fit-to-job candidates.
- Controlling and following up recruitment processes to ensure the efficient provision of employment within appropriate timeframe.
- Managing the Employer Branding Program by coordinating with relevant parties.
- Preparing monthly recruitment and manpower reports.
- Handling any project assigned by the Management Team.
Qualification
- Master’s Degree in any related fields
- At least 7 years’ experience in Recruitment function with at least 2 years’ experience in supervisor level or higher
- Experience in energy business will be advantage.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Mature, result-oriented, adaptable to changes, and well-organized
- Having high responsibility with strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Logical and analytical thinking
- Working well either as a team player or an independent agent when required
- Goal achievement, Responsibility, Adaptability to change, Teamwork and Well-organized.
- Computer proficient
- Willing to frequently travel both upcountry and abroad
