Control computer systems both software and hardware in good working condition at all times. Manage budget of computer system to the appropriate and efficient use. Take care data security, backup and protect against attacks from the outside. Supervise and monitor regulations In accordance with the Act on the computer. Coordinate between vendors and users to function effectively. Apply modern technology on computer system to the company.
Responsibilities & duties
- Handle the company’s servers, i.e. Mail Server, Purchase Sever, SSPS Server, Claim Server, HR Server, Datacenter, SQL Database, DMS Server, Back up Server, Thin Client Server, AS400. Improve system performance and monitor network devices connected to the building correctly both inside the plant and branches outside the plant, including Firewall, Switching, VPN, Fiber Optic, LAN availability and performance. Control the company’s computer assets , i.e. Desktop, Notebook and Thin Client as well as data access restriction of all users in the system. Prevent attacks from outside intruders and strictly monitor and control the computer security policy of the company.
- Provide software to assist in the work of Manufacturing Module, Sales, Accounting, Purchasing, Production Planning, Inventory, Spare Parts, Service, Dealer improvement and modify effective computer system to align with business requirements. Ensure good coordination between software vendors and users to understand the synchronization of program development. This can be explained in terms of business and the impact that will happen after the system modification and make comments that are useful for the development.
- Internal Tech Support:
- Hardware standardization and specification for information and cost efficiencies
- Review, log, prioritize, and dispatch end-user assistance calls
- Provide end-user support and service, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for local and remote users
- Develop and implement standards, procedures, and guidelines for the operation and maintenance of the company IT systems
- Perform on-going support services and administration, including configuring and installing new PC's, laptops, servers, and printers
- Provide support for various smart phones
- Control the IT related budget. Provide information systems and technologies that are appropriate to the company's use. Prepare a work plan for both short-term and long-term computer expenses. Control the purchase of computer equipment’s with reasonable price and manage resources of the system to work together effectively.
- Supervise the performance of subordinates and guide them to effectively perform the assigned work tasks and achieve the required results.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree or higher in Information Technology or relate field.
- At least 7 years’ experience in Windows Server, SAP and ERP system, relational database, system analysis and administration, programming experience would be an advantage
- Software integration experience (i.e. Finance, Production)
- Systems up-time maintenance processes experience
- Data Analysis, problem solving and Project Management skills
- Proficient in standard business software and operating systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient with Facility Access Control Systems
- Strong, departmental leadership skills
- Good listening and overall communication skills , Persuasiveness
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities, adaptability, tenacious
- Ability to Multi-task and manage multiple projects
