Position:                      SENIOR FINANCE & LOGISTIC ASSISTANT

Salary Range:             70,000 – 80,000 THB

 

Responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of Finance Manager and require day-to-day coordination with the Customer Service Manager, the incumbent is required to perform the following duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for Finance administration and data entry work as assigned.
• Manage documents for cash management and transfer, adhering to cash management policy.
• Issue POs, receive and check delivery orders.
• Administer payment distribution to beneficiaries/suppliers and respond to queries in a timely manner;
• Responsible for management and logistical preparations in relation to importing and distributions of customer orders.
• Keep relevant logistic reports updated, including payment vouchers and refund records.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities as required to get things done.
• Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.

 

Requirement:

• A relevant certificate or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related fields.
• Have 5 years experience
• Good computer skills, with familiarity of MS. Word, MS Excel and MS Power point.
• Ability to work in team and adapt quickly to a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work and act under pressure
