Position: Chef de Partie – Cold/Hot Kitchen

Salary Range: 40,000 – 50,000 THB
Responsibilities:
- To manage a given section
- To cook a-la-carte dishes in accordance with the menu
- To prepare the daily mise-en-place and food production of the kitchen
- To Perform duties in an open kitchen with direct eye contact with our customers
- To assist Head of Kitchen / Executive Chef in the preparation of dishes as daily basis
- To manage/ instruct and lead a small team of cooks during a shift and delegate tasks accordingly
- To properly handover tasks / assignments from previous / to next shift
- To follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks
- To set up condiments for service and clean up after service to ensure the cleanliness of kitchen and refrigerator areas. In addition to coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control
- To keep kitchen equipment and tools in good order and report any defect/malfunction
- To ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
- To guide and train the subordinates on a daily basis to ensure high motivation and economical working environment
- To comply with the safety and hygiene standards at all time.
Requirement:
- Degree in culinary arts
- At least 3-year experience in similar position
- Cross experience in both Western/Asian restaurants would be a strong asset
- Passionate about food with willingness to learn and strong motivation to excel
- Committed to work with the team to deliver an amazing customer experiences at all time as you must always represent yourself as a Company Brand Ambassador
- Entrepreneurial spirit, positive, dynamic, creative and dedicated team player
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- 6 days’ work a week
