Our Client is a leading Thai power development company, engaging in the electricity generating business. Position: Human Resource Information TechnologyManager
Job Type: Permanent
Location: All season place, Wireless Road
Salary Range: 60-70k

Responsibilities:
- Work as a system administrator for SAP-HR and e-HR system.
- Create requirements and documentation to ensure the functional specifications to be appropriate for the business needs.
- Manage change request, develop functional application designs and functional specifications and coordinate with external consultants.
- Assist users analyze and identify business process requirements for improvement.
- Responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to consultants.
- Configure modules to meet business needs.
- Work as a member of cross-functional teams and add value by providing a technical perspective.
- Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.
- Work with end users on manual data entry (if any) and verify converted data.
- Conduct training to end users training.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related fields Creativity, problem solving skills, analytical and systematic thinking.
- Direct or related experience more than 5 years experience.
- 1-2 year(s) experience in SAP HR module implementation.
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good command of both spoken and written English
