Production Planning & Control Manager

Our client is a world class brake system supplier which provides advanced high quality brake systems and components to the global market. We have established a new production base to produce automotive brake components, located in Pinthong Industrial Estate 3, Sriracha, Chonburi. Now the plant is under construction and we are looking for competent, enthusiastic and highly qualified individuals for the following vacancy to join our business as a pioneer team for our new business.

 

Position:                      Production Planning & Control Manager

Job Type:                    Permanent

Location:                     Pinthong Industrial Estate 3, Sriracha, Chonburi

Salary range:              Up to experience

 

 Qualifications;

• Age 30-40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in any fields
• At least 5 years in Production Control, Planning (Japanese Automotive is most welcomed)
• Knowledgeable in Japanese Production System ( KAMBAN, TPS, )
• Business Level of English language (Japanese would be advantage.)
• Excellent in communication skills, interpersonal skills
• Self-motivate and leadership capability
• Focus on customer and teamwork, Skill in Decision Making, Planning and Coordinating

 

Responsibilities;

 

• Ensure that all customer demand is applied into effective production order plan.
• Ensure that production order plan is distributed to all concerned.
• Follow up production result to decide recover plan.
• Ensure that all necessary material is sufficient.
• Minimize inventory amount.
• Implement action which concern planning job.
• Review analysis and decide countermeasure plan in case KPI does not meet target
• Coach, lead and members to ensure organizational goals and objectives are met
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies.
