Position:                      Visual Merchandising Manager

Industry type:            Retail Business 

Job Type:                    Permanent

Location:                     Bangkok

Salary Range:             30,000 – 40,000 THB

                                    (Five days work week)

 

Responsibilities:

• Applying and ensuring visual merchandising routines according to the routine templates and to the Department Book;
• Ensuring good garment care throughout the store;
• Planning, setting up and following up campaigns and activities;
• Optimizing allocation together with the Departments Managers;
• Following up on selling and initiating actions, in line with the brand guidelines;
• Informing the store’s staff about changes in the garment presentation during the season and at season start;
• Keeping up to date on all visual merchandising information and material in the store;
• Handling visual merchandisers stationary and material orders;
• The care and maintenance of display and matching material;
• Maintaining clean and organized visual merchandising & deco rooms;
• Controlling quantities and conditions of arriving of visual material;
• Determining the quantities of activity and sale material the store needs;
• Ensuring the store always has the correct quantities of activity and sale material;
• Ensuring that the visual merchandising team follows the daily checks (dust round, H&S checks, etc.);
• Monitoring the inventory and stock takes of all visual materials in the store.
• Determines the weekly and monthly visual team planning to maximize efficiency and selling;
• Manages the visual merchandising team time sheet.
• Implements throughout the visual merchandising team the relevant training programs at his/her disposal to develop revenues and profits.

  

Requirement:

• 6 years of experience in retail.
• Male or Female age not over 35 years
• Excellent written and verbal skills, both in Thai and English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
