Position: Communication Specialist
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Bangna, Bangkok
Salary Range: 45,000 - 50,000 THB

Responsibilities:
- Support and co-ordinate the flow of internal communication in the store.
- To support and co-ordinate the flow of non-commercial customer communication messages and implement them according to the Communication Calendar using all available medias and developing the use of the new communication channels where appropriate.
- Work with Sustainability Manager to ensure that internal communications media, local external media and local PR are supporting brand values and meeting standards in terms of tone of voice, visual and copy identity.
- To ensure that the inputs are translated in effective communication messages in the appropriate media.
- Day-to-day responsibility for the sourcing, editing and producing of content for the locally identified internal and external media.
- Support the organization of events or forums for regular dialogue targeted at co-workers, customers, local press or representatives from the local community and prepares the presentation documents and follows up the good execution of those meetings.
- Support the implementation of the “sustainability” product communication in the store.
- Support the “party committee” on the communication part of it.
- Manage the store social Medias and web site (with coordination with marketing department).
Qualifications
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in HRIS administrator or related field.
- Strong enthusiasm and knowledge in Time schedules.
- Ability to bring out the best in co-workers and to motivate and develop the organisation.
- Excellent in MS excel and good English communication skills.
