Position: Human resource management manager (HRM)

Salary Range: 80,000 THB (Up to experience)
Benefit: Group Health Insurance, Provident Fund 3 %, Bonus average 2.5 months
Responsibilities:
- Drive HRM operations, specifically; Payroll, compensation & benefit/welfare, HRIS and Performance Management
- Implement & manage remuneration rewards strategies & policies
- Review company’s welfare & benefit and payroll reports
- Being responsible for all functions relating to Human Resources and to participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities.
- Maintaining and controlling other systems such as those relating to Performance Evaluation, Benefits and Welfare for all employees.
- Setting up policies and planning for Human Resource functions and Administration functions.
- Controlling payroll & the provident fund to ensure employees are remunerated in accordance with the company’s policy.
- Managing all company compensation (welfare & benefit) activities.
- Preparing various human resources related reports and ensuring staff records are maintained in accordance with company policy.
- Motivate, develop, supervise and coach subordinates on tasks; share/advise on problem-solving solutions; monitor/evaluate performance in order to ensure a high-performance team-oriented, dedicated workforce, and meet organizational capabilities.
Requirement:
- Thai nationality.
- Bachelor Degree or higher in HR Management or any related field.
- Experience 8-10 years in HR functions
- Good command of English.
- Strong Initiative and positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Computer literacy e.g. MS Word, Excel, Power Point and etc.
- Good working knowledge of Thai Labor Law, payroll, compensation & benefits and HRIS
- Good command of English with effective verbal and written English communication.
- Advance computer program literacy.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Result oriented with ability to prioritize urgency and timeframe.
- Strong leader ship skill.
