Our client is the company that provide express deliveries worldwide service, freight forwarding with planes, trucks, ships and trains, warehousing services that go beyond just storage, but include everything from packaging to repairs, international mail deliveries,  customized and specialized shipping  They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experience professional to join our company in the following position:

Salary Range:             45,000 THB (Up to experience)

Responsibilities

• Monitor effectiveness of HSE management programs.
• To ensure availability of proper types and quantities of safety equipment applicable to the jobs, collect data and provide periodic reporting of safety statistics.
• Lead incident/accident investigation process and improve the road safety situation.
• Provides appropriate safety and health, accident prevention, and investigation training for managers and supervisors.
• Assists management in the annual inspection of workplaces to assure safe and healthful conditions for workers. Prepares appropriate notices for management to issue for abatement of any identified hazards.
• Provides promotional materials and develops and administers recognition systems to promote safe and healthful work performance.
• Assists management and supervisors in investigating accidents and developing measures to prevent recurrences.
• Supports the Safety Management Information System (SMIS) by recording all accident reports in a timely, complete, and accurate manner.
• Assures that claims for injuries and illnesses posted in SMIS are posted in the Occupational Safety and Health Administration log.

Qualification

• Thai National, age not over 40 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field with Professional Safety License, preferred candidate with 3-5 years of experience in road safety management and implementation.
• 3-5 years experiences in Safety professional in domestic transportation.
• Good background of “Defensive driving program” and “Road safety program” (SMITH’s system, and etc.) will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge in standard TH routes.
• Good presentation skill, training skill, proactive, high leadership, and problem solving.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivation with good organizing and strong communication skills, build relationships and flexible.
• Computer literacy and good command of English both in written and spoken.
• Knowledge of People Management is preferred.
