Our Client is a leading Thai power development company, engaging in the electricity generating business. Our client company is strongly committed towards social responsibility and environmental protection issues. Client Company has invested in many power projects in Thailand and they currently expanded their business to food industry (Restaurant). Due to their rapid development they are looking for both high caliber new talents and seasoned professionals to join their well established and talented work force in the following position:
Position: Financial Planning Manager
Job Type: Permanent
Location: All season place, Wireless Road
Salary Range: (Up to experience)

Responsibility:
Short Term Financial Management
- Prepare monthly cash flow and short-term financial planning to ensure liquidity while maximize return from short-term investment
- Ensure the compliance with all covenants under loan agreements
- Monitor budget spending and notify if any overspending or cost overrun
- Prepare financial report and present to management team and shareholders
Long Term Financial Management
- Create financial models for both lenders and shareholders and monitor project return
- Secure funding for both corporate and project levels, while ensure the lowest financing costs with practical terms and conditions
- Understand company’s long term financial structure and create a new strategy to minimize financing costs and maximize shareholders’ return
- Manage financial risks and utilize financial tools to hedge both interest and foreign exchange exposures
- Collaborate with the Accounting Department to prepare company yearly budget
Others
- Prepare financial information to all stakeholders (both internal and external)
- Identify training, mentoring and other professional development needs of direct report
- Other duties as reasonably directed by the supervisor
Qualifications:-
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in Finance
- Have working experience both project finance and corporate finance
- Good financial planning and financial model knowledge
- Strong analytical skills with financial analysis
- Hand – on, good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Goal achievement, Responsibility, Adaptability to change, Teamwork and Well-organized
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Computer literacy: MS Office
