Our Client is an import luxury healthcare and beauty company. They have many product about cosmetic especially skincare such as perfume. We are currently seeking to employ an experienced in marketing and strategies for support their brand. You will be able to demonstrate experience in consumer, healthcare and beauty. Their business is looking for qualified and high energy person to join and grow together with their company.

Salary Range:             Maximum 60,000 THB (Up to experience)

Responsibilities:

VARIANCE ANALYSIS

Actuals

Ensure delivery of financial review:

• Analyze profitability by brand / customer / point of sales
• Monitor actual against budget to ensure no invoices/accruals are missing
• Highlight discrepancies and suggest adjustments when needed
• Prepare management reports
• Review actuals on monthly basis with management
• Provide analytical support to cross-function initiatives and ad hoc projects

Forecasts (Budget, Revision, Landing, Strategic Plan)

• Prepare figures with brand managers
• Complete Budget/Forecast packages
• Prepare variance analysis

ACCOUNTING & REPORTING

• Prepare and post journal entries; supported with the necessary documents; and all closing activities
• Validate and post debit/credit memos
• Clear, match and reconcile accounts i.e. sub-ledge to GL
• Prepare and review monthly audit schedules
• Submit monthly/quarterly/yearly management and statutory reports on time
• Support in statutory audit and tax preparation and enquires

COMPLIANCE

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements

IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS

• Support adhoc improvement projects
• Improve processing efficiency and capabilities

 

Requirement:

• 3-7 years of experience in finance with exposure.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ACCA
• Preferably with MNC experience
• Preferably from retail industry more specifically perfumes and cosmetics
• Detail oriented professional leader
• Should possess a positive attitude towards handling leadership and cooperation
• Knowledge in SAP/ORACLE would be advantage
• Advance in Ms EXCEL
• Good command in English
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with multi-issue and tight deadlines
