Position: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
– TRANSPORT FREIGHT FORWARDER
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Chidlom, Bangkok
Salary Range: 100,000 THB (Up to experience)
Responsibilities
- To achieve and bring in new business for cross border trucking and freight businesses within the target.
- To be able to promote and sell new products and gain good potential customer base.
- Develop regional sales strategy which ties into overall corporate goals
- Effectively lead and manage resources to deliver on that strategy
- Support sales teams in identifying and developing account and opportunity strategies
- Provide timely and accurate revenue and profitability forecasts Set Plan of Action and Account Executive team
- Create Value Proposition and Solutions
- Working with all our supply chain management tools
- Strategic planning to develop long-term partnership with customers
- Control over customer interactions in the form of volumes, revenue, and also profitability.
- All of these are measured through a score card
- Capitalize on all sales activities within the organization
- Organize and work in a project management form
- Use cultural difference to positive effect
- Keep internal organization informed of activities and customer situation through CRM reporting
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields. Thai Nationality
- 5 – 7 years industry experience in Sales Executive, Business Development of (Logistics provider and/or Freight Management)
- At least 3 years working experience in a management role.
- International company experience is considered to be advantage
- Inventory Management
- Proven and successful track record in previous career assignments.
- Presentation, networking, communication, negotiation, analytical, leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong computer literacy - Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project.
