Salary Range:             20,000 – 25,000 THB (Guarantee service charge 10,000 THB/month)  

                       

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
• Prepare gourmet coffee/ drinks provided in the menu quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
• Take care of service area/ front-of-house to be clean and tidy, at all times
• Keep up to date with current promotions/ activities and new products if any
• Make customers aware of offers on our great food and drink range
• Speak to customers to ensure they are satisfied with their coffee/ meals
• Maintain personal/ product knowledge and ability to cascade down/ train up other team members when required/ chance arises
• Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Be involved and contribute at team meetings when required
• Carry out instructions given by the management team and head office
• Support in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate

 

Requirement:

• At least 2-year-experience in Barista position, working experience in gourmet coffee-making is a strong asset.
• Willing to learn, with strong motivation to excel
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
• Strong interpersonal skills with friendly, smiley and outgoing service. Love to banter and interact with customers
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good human relation/ personality. To be represented well as a Company Brand Ambassador
• Good communication & interpersonal skills in both Thai & English. Knowing Japanese/ French is a plus
• Ability to handle multi-tasks and high volume
• Ability to work on weekend/ shift basis
• 6 days’ work a week
