Our client company is leading international healthcare group, they offer health insurance and medical subscription products, run care homes, retirement villages, hospitals, primary care centers and dental clinics. They also provide workplace health services, home healthcare, health assessments and long-term condition management services. They are looking for who has experience in Sale and Marketing in travel insurance industry.

Position:                      Senior Sales and Marketing Manager

Location:                     Bangkok

Salary Range:             120,000 (Up to experience)

 

 Responsibilities;

• To explore & develop the strategic partners in travel industry & oversea education services related to travel insurance products.
• To prepare travel insurance business plan and propose strategy and action plan for driving the growth of Travel insurance portfolio.
• Monitoring Travel reports and raise issues that need management attention in timely manner.
• Lead all travel insurance projects in order to drive company’s strategy.
• Work with various parties for travel product development and travel service improvement.
• Planning & monitoring the travel department’s budget.
• Coordinate with Marketing for driving marketing activities for Bupa Travel awareness and visibility.
• Coordinate with Product development team for better Travel insurance products comparing to travel insurance competitors in Thailand market.
• Validate the accuracy of all travel reports and incentive report.
• Analyze travel customer data & competitor data for increasing travel sales performance and risk management control.
• Keep improving all travel sales processes for excellent in service and sales.
• Any job assignment by company.

 

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience related to insurance business in manager level is required. Any experience in travel insurance business is a good asset.
• Self-motivated, result oriented, ability to work under pressure, creative and energetic people.
• High level of professionalism, maturity, and work ethic.
• Excellent communication skill with good command in English.
• Can do attitude and strong leadership and management skill.
