Our client company is leading international healthcare group, they offer health insurance and medical subscription products, run care homes, retirement villages, hospitals, primary care centers and dental clinics. They also provide workplace health services, home healthcare, health assessments and long-term condition management services. They are looking for who has experience in Sale and Marketing in travel insurance industry.
Position: Lean Team Manager
Location: Bangkok
Industry type: Travel Insurance
Salary Range: 120,000 (Up to experience)
Responsibilities;
- To own communication from and within the Lean team
- Ensure all Lean projects are delivered in a timely manner in line with agreed roadmap
- To coach Lean practitioners to ensure continuous growth for lean practitioners
- To report back on Lean projects delivery on a regular basis
- To ensure all lean projects are sustainable and repeatable with stretching outcomes.
- Actively promote repeatability and sharing of best practices across markets in key processes, establishing global forums and local working groups where appropriate - claims, sales, etc.
- To provide cross-functional support where required.
- To ensure winning behaviors are embedded by setting action plans and acting as a role model for the team.
- To own stakeholder management to ensure constant and clear communication with key stakeholders throughout Lean projects.
Qualifications;
- At least 4 years of experience leading Lean based transformation and improvement programmers in a relevant industry
- Experience in healthcare and insurance industry a definite plus
- Demonstrable expertise in Lean and related improvement methodologies, with relevant training and certification (Lean Navigator, MBB / BB, etc.)
- Relevant post-secondary education - minimum undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, Masters preferred
- Pragmatic, hands-on, outcomes-focused approach to improvement essential, with ability to adapt and evolve Lean approach to organizational needs
- Self-starter and comfortable working autonomously in complex, high-uncertainty business environments
- Strong stakeholder management and coaching experience, with demonstrable experience influencing and working at senior executive and operational / functional levels
