HR Analyst

Our Client is Thai-Japanese Corporation since June 21, 1978. Their product is about photocopier and printer. They will strive to take ownership to offer customers with eco-friendly products, services, and related information. They will continuous improvement our process to reduce a use of energy, natural resources and eliminate a risk and unsafe in our workplace.

Position:                     HR Analyst

Salary Range:             Maximum 45,000THB (Up to Experience)

Responsibilities:

• In depth study, analyze and interpret compensation and summary for management review.
• Propose compensation and benefit change (if any)
• Periodical review job evaluation
• Execute adhoc HR task and studying as requested by top management.
• Work with Regional Team and Consultant to implement new HRIS.
• Provide project activities e.g. User Acceptance Testing, Prototyping, Data Cleaning, etc.
• Educate user after HRIS implementation.

 

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree  or higher in any related field
• At least 3 years in compensation management.
• HRIS Implementation experience would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in English both spoken and written.
