Our Client is a leading Thai power development company, engaging in the electricity generating business. Our client company is strongly committed towards social responsibility and environmental protection issues. Client Company has invested in many power projects in Thailand and they currently expanded their business to food industry (Restaurant). Due to their rapid development they are looking for both high caliber new talents and seasoned professionals to join their well established and talented work force in the following position:
Position: HR - Learning & Development (AVP Level)
Job Type: Permanent
Location: All season place, Wireless Road
Salary Range: 110K (Up to experience)

Responsibilities:
- Survey and analyze the training needs for setting up annually training plan, training budget control, implement training program, and etc.
- Develop and execute the Learning & Development projects with efficiency
- Organize training & development activities in relation to processes and efficiency in order to increase employees‘ skills & competencies
- Improve the company’s learning management system and e-learning tools
- Prepare and control the annual training budget.
- Monitor, follow up and report training evaluation results both of internal & external trainings of attendant
- Coordinate with Department of Skill Development for tax reimbursement
- Monitor employee’s training history record in system accurately.
- Manage and plan development strategy to support business
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Human Resources Development or related fields
- At least 8 years relevant experience, of which 3 years’ experience in managerial level
- Knowledge of Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, Training&Development System and can be trainer as assigned
- Experience in SAP: Leaning Solution (LSO) module and E-learning would be advantageous
- Possess strong facilitation and presentation skills whilst being able to develop both learning systems and employee development programmes.
- Good analytical thinking, team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-minded, good attitude, self-motivated, fast learner, able to work well under pressure and willing to hard working
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Computer literacy
