Our Client is an international Group supplying worldwide a wide range of industries withdedicated engineering solutions. Main fields of activity are currently Plastics Processing Technologies (for Polyurethanes, Composites and Thermoforming), equipment for Energy & Ecology, Aluminium Die-casting machines, Industrial Electronic Controls.

 

Position:                      Billing Operation Manager

Salary Range:            80,000 THB (Up to Experience)

                       

 

Key responsibilities:

• Manage meter reading and billing team and coordinate with sales and collection teams.
• Ensure the billing criteria alignment with the customer requirement.
• Ensure the accuracy of customer requirement is always update in the system.
• Ensure the special billing requirement is executed by manual.
• Communicates directly with all key departments to resolve issues relative to Billing.
• Prepare reports, and maintain accurate records, and files.
• Develop and revise billing processes / procedures to be generated by system. 

Qualifications:

• At least bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years managerial working experience in billing, accounting or similar environment.
• Strong in MS Office; especially, excel program.
• Good command in English. Computer Literacy.
