Our client is a professional Thai non-life insurance company publicly listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The company has both solid financial standing and expert underwriting experience. For over 80 years, The Company has provided a wide variety of non-life insurance products to the public.

 

Position:                    Compliance Officer  

Job Type:                   Permanent

Location:                   Sathorn, Bangkok

Salary range:            Maximum 50,000THB (Up to experience)

Responsibility:

• Develop the appropriate compliance programs to ensure compliance with local laws, requirements of local regulators and Allianz internal requirements
• Identify, document and communicate compliance exposures in operational areas or departments.
• Integrate compliance obligations, compliance risk assessment and the compliance management process into business practices
• Provide advice and guidance on questions of law and practice in relation to impacts upon the Company, compliant with local laws and the requirements of local regulators, local insurers and any other relevant stakeholders

Qualification:

• Male or female aged between 25 – 35 years old.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Law Majoring
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Insurance Industry and/or Admission as a Legal Practitioner
• Intermediate level or greater competence in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business
