Our client company is leading international healthcare group, they offer health insurance and medical subscription products, run care homes, retirement villages, hospitals, primary care centers and dental clinics. They also provide workplace health services, home healthcare, health assessments and long-term condition management services. They are looking for who has experience in Sale and Marketing in travel insurance industry.

Position: Product Development Senior Manager

Location: Bangkok

Salary Range: 150,000 (Up to experience)

• Develop product strategies and product roadmap to align with company strategy and improve product positions in markets.
• Implement and manage product pipeline to ensure product launch within timeline, obtain product approval from Product Development Committee, and be consistent with company strategies.
• Develop new product initiatives and enhance the existing products based on markets and distribution channel requirements in order to improve sustainable growth and profitability.
• Support new product filing to OIC with respect to policy wording, coordinate to acquire policy wording and premium rate for new product filing and obtain product approval on product modification and enhancement to be more attractive, marketable, and competitive.
• Coordinate with all related departments to establish the product profile and work procedure to ensure smooth implementation and successful new products launch. • Identify customer opportunities through rich insight.
• Support excellence in go-to-market execution, coordinate execution of new propositions, create and iterate commercial execution recipes.
• Manage market competitiveness and products through competitors’ analysis, research, customers and distribution feedback.

Qualifications;

•  Bachelor's degree or above in Insurance, Statistics, Marketing or any related fields
•  8 years of experience in product development and product marketing in Life and Health insurance industry
• Product management and actuarial background preferred
• Strong in communication, presentation and analytical skills
•  Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and able to work in an English speaking environment
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, ability to work under pressure can do attitude, creative and energetic
