Position: Commercial Finance Manager - Thailand
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Bangkok
Salary range: 200K – 300K
The "Commercial Finance Manager" will provide strategic and insightful financial analysis and support in an international market, act as a credible business partner on financial management including managing the budgeting and forecasting cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure strong financial control of an international market business by assisting in the delivery of forecasts, budgets, year-end processes and Long Range Plans.
- Drive value and growth through providing financial support and development of insightful financial management information for the country leadership team.
- Ensure the financial procedures and processes concerning key operations such as cash collections, payables and payroll are followed in order to minimize any risk to the business.
- Develop the financial systems, processes and controls in line with overall Company Group strategy.
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc management accounting information to Company and the JV Board and own, attend and support the Board meeting process as well as supporting shareholder governance.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal reporting and Company filings and track against key performance indicators and initial Business Plans as appropriate.
- Input into and support, as necessary, various corporate and commercial-related activities such as HR, payroll and legal.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience in Finance & Accounting in Multinational Company for at least 10 years
- Be able to understand the concept of ERP system and be able to use ERP system
- Knowledge in Finance Systems/ERP, Tax & Treasury Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions Finance, Financial Planning & Forecasting, Financial Reporting & Analysis, Financial Regulations, Payroll Regulations
