Our Client is automobile Leasing and Hire Purchase business. We increased registered capital to 1,000 million Baht in December 2004 confirming our seat in the Top Leading Specialized Auto Finance Companies.
Position: Registration - Manager Level
Location: Bangkok

Salary Range: 60,000 THB (Up to Experience)
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and control registration jobs e.g. road tax renewal, transfer ownership, registration other services, set standard procedures, set control performance process, deal with the registration outsource agents and custodian outsource agents, evaluate agents for making DA in selection agents when service agreement expired as well as deal with Land Transportation Department and etc.
- Responsible for registration counter services and custodians
- Responsible in last installment payment, registration fee payment and payment fee to registration agents
- Manage and be responsible for processes improvement and staff's performance as well as design reports and coordinate with other units in order to improve efficiency of reports and IT system
- Attend meeting, give opinion and make decision regarding registration and custodian
- Participate in company project regarding registration and custodian
- Coordinate with concerned parties to support registration and custodian such as branch manager and GA and answer any special inquiries from branches as well as give advice and training
- Verify and design documents for all items concerned with Department of Land Transportation including transfer ownership documents, document for changing vehicle conditions, etc
- Verify and approve for adjustment amount of service incomes for accounting, vehicle tax, overpaid installment (in case the account in already closed), service fee, suspense amount and submit to A/C
Qualifications:
- Male or Female, Age between 34 - 36 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in any fields (Laws or Statistics is preferred)
- At least 5 years experience in management position in registration and co-ordinate with Department of Land Transportation
- Good command in English (written and spoken) TOEIC test score 700 or up
- Sense of Human, Good attitude in problem solving
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel)
- Process analytical skill, and initiative
- Well-organized, neat, document control
- Ability to communicate and work with all kinds of people
- Have experience in legal documentation or accountancy or customer service is advantage
